Project Engineer


A Project Engineer will be working with the team for onboardings, migrations, and deployment initiatives of both new and existing Halski customers. With varying customers who range from medical to manufacturing, the position requires flexibility as well as varied experience. Strong communications skills are a must when working and coordinating with the client and the Halski technical team.


  • Understand the full scope of work required and develop a plan/strategy to minimize the impact to the client while ensuring the budget hours are maintained on each project
  • Maintain an accurate account of time spent on client project tickets through detailed ticket notes using our ticketing system
  • Implement new equipment and reconfigure existing equipment
  • Provide onsite support at customer site after project implementation to ensure everything is performing correctly
  • Work with our operations team to transfer project details for continued support
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of issues
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of procedures, products and services


  • Proven working experience in providing technical support
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Basic LAN (switching, routing, firewall) experience
  • Basic Windows Server Administration
  • Intermediate knowledge on Windows Desktops.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, attention to details
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable method of transportation
  • Managed Service experience will be given serious consideration
